Pet Policy
- You love your pet, we do too! Life Manor welcomes Cats and Dogs up to 35lbs.
- We charge a $500 fee for each pet.
- We charge $35 pet rent for each pet.

Reserved Parking
- Mountainside offers resident reserved uncovered parking.
- Uncovered parking is $40 a month.
- Visitor parking is available in our overflow lot up the hill or on Lawrence Street.

- Must be 55+
- Pass Background Check (Evictions and Criminal history are automatic disqualifiers)
- Proof of Monthly Income
- $1800 minimum to qualify for a Basic Studio
- $1900 minimum to qualify for a Deluxe Studio
- $2150 minimum to qualify for an Alcove Studio
- $2295 – $2495 minimum to qualify for a 1 Bedroom
- $2700 minimum to qualify for a 2 Bedroom
