Reserved Parking
- Parkside offers resident reserved covered and uncovered parking
- Uncovered parking is $40 a month and covered is $50 a month
- Visitor Parking is available in our overflow lot up the hill or on Lawrence Street
Pet Policy
- You love your pet, we do too! Life Manor welcomes Cats and Dogs up to 35lbs
- We charge a $500 fee for each pet
- We charge $35 Monthly pet rent for each pet
- Pet Types: Cats and Dogs
- Maximum pets per unit: 1

Parkside Qualifications
- Must be 55+
- Pass Background Check (Evictions and Criminal history are automatic disqualifiers)
- 6 months worth of verifiable rental history or home ownership within the past 24 months.
- Proof of Monthly Income
- $1395 – $1495 minimum to qualify for a Studio
- $1950 minimum to qualify for a 1 Bedroom
